OBJECTIVE: For Tracy to develop a complete, working understanding of the SoulBranding™ System, its historical implementations, and existing proprietary assets in order to make informed product and licensing recommendations. The SoulBranding™ System has been applied across multiple organizations and sectors over an extended period, and this engagement will consolidate and prepare that body of practice for future licensing.

ACTIVITIES:

  • A1. SoulBranding™ System & Asset Deep-Dive: a deep-dive review of: 1) the full 5-Stage system structure and Theory of Change, 2) Stage 3 proprietary tool documentation (Imdat and Catalyst materials), and 3) historical application and case artefacts.

  • A2. Working Debrief Session (90 min): a structured walkthrough of: 1) each stage and its facilitation intent, 2) what is non-negotiable in the methodology, 3) what is adaptable for licensees and 4) where Elsie’s expert judgment remains uniquely value-creating.

DELIVERABLE:

A3. SoulBranding™ System Decision Framework: development of a A single, integrated strategic decision tool that: 1) consolidates all existing SoulBranding™ materials, stages, and artefacts into a coherent and consistently presented system structure, 2) defines the core elements, stages and connection points of the system (the “skeleton” of the offering), 3) clarifies how the stages relate to one another and how the system functions as a whole, 4) makes the system understandable and explainable by people other than the founder; and 5) provides a clear reference point for advisors and leadership to assess commercialization and feasibility options.

  • This framework will represent the structural foundation upon which subsequent packaging and market-facing work (Phase B+) will be built.

WHAT DECISIONS THIS ENABLES:

  • Whether/how the full SoulBranding™ System should be positioned as a licensable system, based on a clear, coherent and externally understandable articulation of what the system is today.

  • Whether a Stage 3 digital demo materially strengthens commercialization and sale readiness, in service of the objective to license and/or sell the business.

  • What form of commercialization is most appropriate at this stage — licensing, development partnership, or direct sale — and whether early feasibility exploration with potential partners or investors should be initiated.

IP OWNERSHIP: All SoulBranding™ System intellectual property and derivative works remain the property of Humanity, Inc. Any licensing models, frameworks and commercialization pathways developed through this work are designed to preserve the ability for Humanity, Inc. to sell, assign or transfer the SoulBranding™ System and associated rights to a future purchaser without restriction. Any future licenses are intended to be structured as assignable in the event of a sale of the business.

ADVISOR: This engagement is led by Tracy Borreson, an Authentic Marketing Advisor who works with founders and leadership teams to clarify purpose, positioning and practical pathways to market through deep listening, systems thinking and collaborative sense-making. Her role in this engagement is to connect existing ideas, assets and practices into a coherent commercialization narrative and decision framework for advisory and leadership review.
